Refund & Service Policy

At That Pressure Mobile Services LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services with professional care and attention to detail. By scheduling or booking a service with us — whether by phone, text, email, website, or in writing — you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Refund Policy

  • Due to the immediate nature of our work and the labor, time, and materials involved, all sales are final once a service is performed. Refunds will not be issued.

  • We do not guarantee against issues caused by pre-existing surface conditions, prior damage, or improper construction that may be revealed after cleaning.

Service Satisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with the completed work, you must contact us within 48 hours of the service.

  • At our discretion, we may return once to address reasonable concerns with a complimentary touch-up.

  • Failure to notify us within 48 hours will result in the service being deemed fully accepted and complete. No further adjustments or refunds will be provided.

Liability & Customer Responsibilities

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose or failing materials, or issues tied to the age or condition of surfaces (such as paint flaking, weak grout, deteriorated roofs, or failing sealants).

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Ensuring water supply and sufficient water pressure are available on-site.

    • Securing windows, doors, and electrical outlets.

    • Removing fragile items from service areas.

    • Keeping pets and children away from work zones.

Deposits, Scheduling & Cancellation Fees

  • Some jobs may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • By booking a service with us (via phone, text, email, online, or in writing), you agree that if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to be present / accessible at the scheduled time, you will be invoiced a $150 fee. This covers reserved time, travel costs, and lost business opportunities.

Weather & Safety

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other unforeseen safety concerns that could impact service quality.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as needed to protect our business and better serve our customers. The most current version will always be available on our website.
