Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Last updated: July 9, 2025 Thank you for choosing That Pressure Mobile Services LLC. To ensure smooth scheduling and protect our team’s time, please review the following booking policies before confirming your appointment: Minimum Service Charge & Travel Fee We charge a travel fee based on distance to your location. Our minimum booking charge is $199 to cover travel, setup, and basic service costs. Appointment Confirmation All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, text, or online form. A confirmed booking reserves your service date and time. Deposits & Payments Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or failure to show for your appointment will incur a $150 cancellation/no-show fee. No-Shows If you are not present or accessible at the scheduled service time without prior notice, you will be charged the full cancellation fee. Service Delays Please be ready at your appointment time to avoid delays. Excessive waiting may result in rescheduling or additional fees. Changes to Bookings We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly. Agreement By booking with That Pressure Mobile Services LLC, you agree to these policies and acknowledge the cancellation fees, travel fees, and minimum booking charge.
